Maternity Portraits of BMU Mothers
Expectations
The Black Mothers United program is happy to provide you with an opportunity to capture professional maternity photos. However, this service is not guaranteed. To secure your chance to capture professional images, each client must adhere to the expectations of Bowtie Pixs.
- Must show up on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session will be canceled. Sessions are only 1 hour. If you are 20 minutes late, you will only receive 40 minutes to shoot.
- No shows will not be rescheduled. If you do not show up to your appointment without prior notice, you will not be able to reschedule.
- Due to COVID protocols, clients are only allowed to bring their partners and children. No other guests are allowed.

Props
The photographers will do their very best to give you a creative shoot. If you would like to bring your props, you are allowed to bring props within reason. No animals or plants are permitted. Please do not bring any confetti or other propers that will require clean-up. Acceptable props would include balloons, chairs, clothing props, photos, baby shoes, frames, baby toys, and or clothing props.
Locations
We are currently offering two locations. You can either select the Garage Studio or Northbrook Park. The park has several locations for outdoor esthetic and pleasing photos. Both of these locations are in Antelope, CA.
Please make sure to plan accordingly, if you are 20 minutes late your appointment automatically cancels.
Photographers
Bowtie Pixs professional portrait photographers, Jameel & Shannon will capture your photos. They have over 15 years of experience between them. Their goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, enjoy your experience and create awesome images.
